Sculpture of a kneeling woman holding in her hand an urn in alabaster. Designed by Guerbe which was the pseudonym of Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962) after his wife Raymonde Guerbe.
Statue used as night light in artistic metal alloy founded in the foundry of Max Le Verrier who was Le Faguays best friend. Statue described in the Max Le Verrier catalogue on page 59, number 946.
Signed Guerbe in the cast. Stamp of the Max Le Verrier foundry.
