The Art Deco Boutique is committed to providing a great customer experience and try to ensure that all items are labeled with an accurate description and price. Any known reproduction items will be sold as reproductions and any known damages or restorations will be marked as such. Modern items or replicas are permitted if deemed to be collectable and not intended to deceive. The Art Deco Boutique is always available to advise customers on anything they wish to buy or sell.

PAYMENT METHODS

We believe that the purchase of a work of art is a special occasion. Every handling is different and therefore personal.

  • Belgium: 

    • collect at our place

    • home delivery 

    • B-Post shipping
       

  • International: FedEx or B-Post shipping

  • Large or heavy items are forwarded by specialised Art Shippers

  • Standard insurance are always included. If an upgrade in insurance is needed, please contact us.

  • All items are packed by us with professional material

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, it might be returned or exchanged within 14 days of first delivery attempt. The artwork must be in original condition and we do not accept refunds request for products showing any signs of wear or damage.

 

To refund you artwork please call or email The Art Deco Boutique on +32 476 98 30 87 or info@artdecoboutique.com up front of shipping it to obtain a prior authorization. Without formal authorization is the item will be shipped back to sender.

 

The return package should include the item along with any packaging and documents that came with it. 

Use the local post office or international carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price and shipped.

The Art Deco Boutique is not responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items.

Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

 

Once the item is received by The Art Deco Boutique, we will inspect the artwork and if no signs of wear or damage we will issue a refund within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item in the same way the payment was made.
