BREMOIR EASTERN PACIFIC - Gold Bezel -

Bremoir believes that the age of Art Deco is a Time Worth Remembering. The design of Bremoir's timepieces is inspired by the style of the Art Deco period. This aesthetic resonates one hundred years later because it shares our modern appreciation of geometric shapes, tasteful colors and simple, yet sophisticated design.

Time is precious. Make yours count.

  • The Eastern - inspired by the Eastern Building

The origins of the Eastern Columbia Company began with a small clock shop, founded by a young immigrant named Adolph Sieroty, in 1889. By the 1930’s, he had a retail empire and was able to build and open this flagship department store. As Los Angeles grew in fame and prosperity, the Eastern Colombia remained one of the architectural jewels of the city; and is today widely recognized as one of the most important buildings of its era in the world. For years it was one of the tallest buildings in downtown LA and as such, its clock was what kept the city’s people on time.

  • Dress and Sport watch at the same time!

The case shape is inspired by 1960s skin-divers watches and is a balance of glamorous finishes with a  sporty polished and brushed stainless steel case. This combination gives it a flexibility as dress and sport watch at the same time. The Eastern can easily be dressed up with leather straps or dressed down with nylon straps. The provided leather strap is manufactured by Delugs. (Singapore)

  • Smooth Bezel

The Eastern’s smooth, 3-sided stainless bezel gives the watch a more traditional look and feel, while still retaining an angular design that is so characteristically Art Deco.

  • Dial

The blue and turquoise terracotta tiles of the Eastern Columbia building inform the dial’s color scheme. The hands, stepped hour markers and Art Deco numerals are inspired by the touches of gold seen in the building’s vestibule and clock tower.

  • Numerals and hour markers

The applied hour markers feature a circular, stepped design reflecting a simplified interpretation of the swirling decorative motifs at the top of the Eastern Colombia’s clock tower. The hour markers are inspired by The Eastern Building's entrance doors. Like the numerals, they are applied, faceted and polished, rather than painted, reflecting little shards of light to the wearer, and contrasting with the matte finish dial.

  • Swiss Automatic Movement

The Eastern is powered by the automatic, Swiss Made STP 1-11 caliber movement, which winds itself automatically. It features a 44-hour power reserve and operates at a frequency of 28,000 BPH (Beats Per Hour). The Lexington winds itself automatically through the wearer's everyday movements, a central rotor spins and winds the mainspring. Time Worth Remembering tagline on the movement.

  • Swiss Super - Luminova

The sector dial hour markers feature white, Swiss Super - Luminova® to reflect the clock tower’s glowing luminescence in downtown Los Angeles.
